The SHIFT Project:

A WEEK FILLED WITH TRANS-FORMATIVE MOVEMENT, ART & MUSIC TO SHIFT YOUR PERSPECTIVE AND MOOD.

‘Shift’ Installation (as exhibited at Gloucester Cathedral ) will be shown from 12-18th October 2019 in Stroud at St Laurence Church. The installation will act as a backdrop & set the scene for outreach projects, participatory workshops based on the arts & well-being & high quality collaborative performances in music, dance & contemporary art.

180 PRIMARY & SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

will do their ‘discover’ Arts Award with Robin Watkins – Davis, Mel Cross & Imogen Harvey Lewis. Thanks to funding by the Diocese of Gloucester these students can receive high quality art, movement and well-being workshops as part of the SHIFT Projects program Workshop themes of body confidence and self esteem. 5 Primary Schools & 3 Secondary Schools from Gloucestershire, the majority of the students are on free school meals, where access to the arts has been little/no existent.
