PLEASE NOTE: ROBIN IS TRAVELLING IN 2020 AND IS CURRENTLY ON THE LOOK FOR A TEACHER TO TAKE OVER THE CLASS. PLEASE CONTACT ROBIN IF YOU WANT TO BE ON THE MAILING LIST FOR UPDATES ABOUT THIS CLASS ONCE A TEACHER IS FOUND. 
THE ONLY CLASS THAT IS RUNNING CURRENTLY IS THE STROUD TEEN CLASS. ROBIN IS ALSO DOING SKYPE YOGA SESSIONS WHILST SHE TRAVELS.

Teens/ Students at School or University

(Mature Primary School students are also welcome.)

Where?

Set near the river seven, in the historic village of Saul. The village is the junction of the Stroudwater Navigation and the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal. With beautiful walks and views of the canal and barges.

You can pay with cash, cheque (made payable to MISS R A R WATKINS – DAVIS), via bank transfer, or with a card machine on the day.

  • Block payments split into terms (term 1: 9th September – 25th October) 7 weeks = £42 (if you are late to start a term then you only need to pay for the number of sessions you will attend in that term, at £6 per session, when you get a block).
  • Drop in – £7 (cash payment on day)

** please note: for block payments –  If you are sick or can’t make a class, you will have 1 session for this term whereby charge won’t be made and your 1 session can carry on to next term.

It is advisable and cheapest to pay for a block of classes instead of drop in. Most people find they get most out of the classes when they commit and attend to several sessions. 

What do I need to bring?

  • Yourself in comfortable clothing which allows movement. (A yoga mat, blanket and eye pillow will be provided.)
  • Water bottle
  • BUT, Feel free to bring your own mat or equipment, such as: bolsters and blocks.

Robin has created her own unique formula for teaching teens which allows for variation and fun, at the same time passing on life changing tools for health and wellbeing. Classes often include music in background.

The class also has a community aspect with social gatherings every 6 weeks where all participants of the classes are invited to meet, practice yoga, eat and watch an inspiring movie and socialise.
