Please contact me with any questions you may have for the poses, I’m happy to help remind you how to do them if you have forgotten as I think it’s wonderful that you practice at home, it’s so beneficial for you. 

When practicing at home, you could do the whole sequence which lasts an hour. Or if you have less time to practice, just do the sun salutations to warm up, (going through them at your preferred speed), then pick a couple poses for that day and end with a relaxation (lie still for 5-15 mins).
